Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Cellular Prime Gift Card ("Gift Card"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use a Gift Card.

Issuance & Purchase

  • Available Denominations: The Gift Cards are available in fixed denominations as specified by the Company. Additional denominations may be introduced at the Company’s discretion.
  • Delivery Method: Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email, accompanied by a 16-character alphanumeric code. Physical cards are not issued.
  • Activation: Gift Cards become active within 24 hours of purchase. Attempting redemption before activation may result in an “invalid” message. Please try again after activation.
  • Finality of Sales: All Gift Card sales are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable, except as required by law.

Redemption

  • Redeemable Platform: Gift Cards can only be redeemed exclusively on www.cellularprime.in.
  • Redemption Process: To redeem, enter the Gift Card code at the “Redeem Gift Card” section during checkout.
  • Non-eligible Purchases: Gift Cards cannot be used on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) or to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  • Partial Redemption: Partial redemptions are allowed. Unused balances will remain on the card for future use until expiry.
  • Multiple Gift Cards: Only one Gift Card can be applied per order.
  • Combination with Other Payments: Gift Cards can be combined with other payment methods.

Validity & Expiration

  • Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Expiry: Any remaining balance after expiration is forfeited as permitted by law.
  • No Extensions: Expiration dates will not be extended under any circumstances.

Balance Enquiry

  • Checking Balance: To check your remaining balance, contact our Customer Care team at info@cellularprime.in with your card code.
  • Returns & Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards
  • Eligible Returns: Products purchased using a Gift Card are eligible for returns under the same terms and conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original Gift Card. No cash refunds are issued.
  • Multiple Payment Methods: In case multiple payment methods are used, refunds will first be applied to the Gift Card until the full balance is covered.

Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Cards

  • Security: Treat Gift Cards like cash. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Report suspected fraud immediately to info@cellularprime.in. Replacement of lost or stolen cards, if any, is at the Company’s sole discretion and will only be offered for unredeemed balances.

Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders for review if the card is suspected to be obtained fraudulently or is being used in a suspicious manner.

Promotional vs. Paid Gift Cards

  • Paid Gift Cards (purchased by users) are subject to the full terms outlined in this document.
  • Promotional Gift Cards may carry additional restrictions such as shorter validity periods, exclusions, or minimum-spend thresholds. These restrictions will be communicated at issuance.

Combination with Discounts & Offers

  • Post-Discount Application: Gift Cards apply to the post-discount cart value.
  • Coupons and Offers: Gift Cards can be combined with valid coupon codes unless a specific promotion prohibits it.
  • Site-Wide Sales: During site-wide sales, the Gift Card deduction is applied after any percentage or fixed-amount discount.

Reload & Resale

  • No Reloading: Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
  • Resale Prohibition: Resale, advertisement, or commercial distribution without the Company’s prior written consent is prohibited and will render the Gift Card void.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the remaining balance on the Gift Card at the time of loss or dispute. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

Gift Cards are issued for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Sharing with friends or family is allowed, but Gift Cards may not be used as promotional items, prizes, or sold for value without the Company’s prior written consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Any changes will not affect Gift Cards purchased before the revision date, except as permitted by law.
