Shipping policy
Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. We will send you another email to confirm the dispatch and acceptance of your order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you confirm your order via email or mobile.
Please note that the dispatch of your products may not happen at the same time. The products will be carefully inspected and packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partner, Delhivery, will ensure that your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or contact you at a suitable time, they will get in touch with you directly to resolve the issue and arrange for another delivery attempt.
Shipping Timeframe
- We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- The estimated delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days from order confirmation. Delivery dates include only working days.
Shipping Charges
- Pan India Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within acceptable pin codes of Delhivery.com.
- COD: Extra Rs. 150/- COD collection fees will be apply.
For orders placed in non-serviceable pin codes, shipping charges will apply.
