Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@cellularprime.in

Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days

Please note that orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

Refund Policy 

The Company does not accept returns or initiate refunds on product purchases unless: 

  • Damaged Products: Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects, or in case of an incorrect product being shipped. In such cases, an email with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time for us to accept the return request. 
  • Return Request: Company will take return of the Products if and only the package is damaged during transportation, for that customer has to upload the picture of the damaged Product /Package during time of unboxing or receiving of the Product from our Delivery Partner. Email has to be sent within 2 days after delivery to info@cellularprime.in

Returns will not be accepted if: 

  • The product has been used. 
  • The product’s seal has been broken. 
  • The serial number has been tampered with. 

Once we receive the returned product, Cellular Prime will inspect the product and validate the claim. 

Refund or Replacement: If the return request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you. 

  • Online Payments: For payments made via debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc., refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days of receiving your return request. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days of processing the refund request.

Mode of Refund 

  • Original Payment Method (via Razorpay): 
    For all prepaid orders processed through Razorpay (including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets), approved refunds shall be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to standard banking timelines. 
  • Store Credit: 
    Alternatively, at the Company’s discretion or upon customer consent, the approved refund amount may be issued as store credit, which can be utilised by the customer for future purchases on the Cellular Prime website. Store credit shall be non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for a period communicated at the time of issuance. 
  • Both Methods: 
    Refunds shall be processed only through either the original payment method or store credit, as determined by the Company after verification and approval of the refund request. 

Insurance 

The Company provides transit insurance, which covers the product until it is accepted by you at the time of delivery. Once the product is delivered and accepted, the insurance becomes void. 

Shipping, Delivery, and Returns 

Cellular Prime works with high-speed logistics providers to ensure smooth service and timely delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays that could cause an indefinite delay in shipping. In such cases, our customer management team will contact you with updates and provide relevant information regarding the delay.
